Boy Died - Ulysses G. Head, the 11-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. B.S. Head, died yesterday afternoon at the Independence hospital after undergoing a serious operation for appendicitis. The body was take to his parents home at Hewins, Kansas, this afternoon.
